Saturday, June 20th was Elijah's 2nd birthday. We were blessed to have Dan's parents & my parents here to celebrate with us. Elijah received many new toys & was especially fond of his new "trike" that mommy & daddy picked out for him. I am sure in a week or so the newness will wear off & other toys will be the hit.
We are trying to teach Eli to enjoy the simple things in life & to not expect too much. How do you teach that fully to a 2 year old? Yeah, I said we are trying, but didn't say we were going to succeed. He is such a good boy and we are truly blessed to have him in our life.
